Yesterday Scott and I went to see our Nutrition Team of Brian and LaTeef to help us on our road to healthy and it was a good meeting. I will admit that my numbers really got to me because, for me, it has been a constant struggle. I know that my Hypothyroidism is a BIG factor but I still didn't like what I saw. It was a emotional feeling for me to see it up close and personal and know that its on me to get to a better place. So with the help of my boys (I know cute huh???), I am going to concur this Thyroid and make a healthier me.

Yesterday was tears...Today is a new start.....BRING IT!
