Confessions of a Newlywed: Month One

 

1. I cant believe we have been married a month... Where did the time go? I swear it didn't move this fast when we were counting down to the wedding.

 

2. I love to say "My Husband".. It makes me smile

 

3. I have come to understand that being a wife is a lot of responsibilities.. But I can do it all

 

4. My husband (There's that word again), Thankfully still loves me..despite my quirky need to close all doors. I know its a little OCD but people get it.

 

5. I love that we can still be goofy with each other and hope that it stays that way.

 

6. I understand what people mean about missing the wedding planning... Thankfully I have my hand in other wedding projects so it will keep me busy.

 

7. Our wedding was awesome and I relive parts of it in my head each and every day

 

8. Speaking of Weddings... I love to hear guest still talk about ours and how much fun they had.

 

9. I am learning to appreciate the cold and hoping my husband will appreciate the heat.

 

10. Marriage Licenses take long to process in California

 

11. Its nice to have a husband that cooks... It takes the pressure off of trying to wow him every night with dinner.

 

12. I feel like such a grown up being married.

 

13. Looking at our wedding pictures always puts me in a good mood...

 

14. Those Thank You cards are looking at me from inside the box in the top of my closet... I guess I should start writing those soon.

 

15. I love becoming for domestic... Not that I'm Martha Stewart or anything like that but baby steps.

 

16. Coming home at the end of the day to Scott is always a good day for me.

 

17. I have learn to deal with the shoes under the coffee table.. It just happens sometimes.

 

18. It might be bad to say but I'm glad not to be apart of the single lifestyle anymore... I think I was getting to old for that.

 

19. I'm excited for our 1st Christmas together as a married couple... Christmas seems to always be a great holiday for us.

 

20. I Love Scott more and more each day that passes... Lolly Lolly moment.
