I read a story about the solider that proposed to his fiancee and a photographer was near by to catch the photos... A video was made to find them and the song When I Say I Do is playing... The video version is Clint Black and Lisa Hart but the version I have heard was Kenny Lattimore and Chantae Moore. I love rediscovering music. Here are the lyrics:
