My House has Royality.. A King and A Princess

Hello my Blog Loves, Here is the weekend recap.

Last week was a pretty hard week for me. Although I got alot done (With more to go), I feel like there is much more to do and little time to make it right... Pray for me this week.

So Friday after work, I picked up Jacelyn and her friend Katelynn who was my weekend child. I made them dinner of Enchilada Casserole and listening to them giggle like all teenage girls do.

After dinner they dressed up, did makeovers and had a TuTu Fashion Show...

Even Jazz got in on the act with some Glow Sticks.....

They gave Scott a good laugh when he got home from the Magic Show. Isaiah's school gave a Magic Show for the kids last night and he and his friend, Ricky, had a great time.

Saturday Morning I got up and headed over to the dress shop. I went in and tried on my dress and while FAB, I found out that I am going to need some slight alterations. When I first tired it on, I was in my shoes and up on a stand so I could not see that it was long but this time, I walked around and almost tripped so that means its still at the dress shop and its gonna cost for me to cut it. Of course I cried because it was such a hard week as it was but I was glad that I got the tears out and move on with the rest of the day.

Jacelyn's team had their Homecoming game and guess who is Homecoming Princess.......

I was so excited to hear her name called and was glad that she had a cheering section as well. The boys loss the game ... A tough loss but I am proud of her and of them.

After the game I headed over to Brandon's Domino Tournament and had a good time with the fam. Now I did say I had a Princess at home... Let me introduce you to the King....

Yes My SC is the Domino King! He won the tournament along with the trophy and a new set of domino's. It was nice to see him have a good time and enjoy the time with the family.

Sunday was a pretty chill day. I got up and made breakfast for the family....

And I made some Cameron Cozy Coffee... But check out the picture and the steam rising....

You can also see Scott was enjoying football... As he should on a Sunday Afternoon.

After breakfast and some football.. I decided to treat myself to a nice long bath...

It was such an emotional week that I was glad to have it and the time to have one.

Feeling renewed and inspired, I decided to take on my Dad's Lasagna Recipe. Now I will say this, I can cook as much as the next person but my Dad is Awesome at cooking so for me to try what he does best was a bit nerve wracking but I got it done... Here are some photos:

The Prep has begun.....

Sauce in the making.... So Awesome and So Proud of how it turned out...

Time to Assemble

Before the Oven...

The Final Product.

I meant to take a picture of the plating of the food but I was so excited for Scott and the girls to eat that I forgot.

All in all, it was a great weekend and I am happy to start a new week.. Here is what we have on tap this week.
